the staff delivered really good customer service. The room was super clean and well equipped with modern amenities. The breakfasts featured a choice of fresh foods and cooked items I found satisfying. The spa provided a lovely bonus to my stay.
The central control of lights featured Bluetooth connection. there were moments when I could not connect my device. It caused some minor inconvenience as I wanted to listen to my own music. Otherwise, I found this a unique and welcome addition to the room.

i enjoyed the modern interior and found the rooms very clean. the spa facilities were lovely, booked for private use making it relaxing. the breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted delicious. all staff were polite and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
parking was expensive though nearby.

the surprise i ordered for a special occasion was forgotten, even though it was booked and paid for in advance. the compensation offered was not enough to make up for the disappointment. it was not clearly communicated initially.

The location was good. A short walk to the city center.
The room felt small for the price, I expected more space. I also found the private spa was not clean. There were fingerprints on the glass, it was disappointing. Breakfast was slow. My eggs took almost an hour to be made, other guests complained about it too.
